Brianna lost her mom and her home...

At only 12 years old, breast cancer took Brianna's mom from her in a tragic and heartbreaking situation. Her circumstances continued to get worse, she lost her home and went to live with her aunt. In the blink of an eye, Brianna was ripped from the security of her home with her mom and thrust into a volatile situation. She couldn't take the destructive home life at her aunt's so she moved in with her brother during her junior year of high school and stayed there until she graduated. One Way Love was able to work with Brianna through mentoring and providing life essentials, According to her, One Way Love made such an impression on her that she is now volunteering because she wants to pay forward to love she received. Brianna hopes to go to college and become a social worker specializing in teen crisis intervention.
